Order Processing All orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Confirmation Once the courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, or other shipping partners) marks a package as Delivered and/or provides proof of delivery (such as delivery photos or scan records), we consider our responsibility as the sender fulfilled.
If you are unable to locate the package, we kindly suggest checking with your neighbors, building management, or local post office, and reviewing any available security footage. In some cases, contacting local law enforcement may also be necessary.
Non-Delivery or Damaged Items If your tracking information does not update for more than 14 days, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at service@lavas.designwithin 7 days of the marked delivery date. For damaged items, we require clear photos for insurance purposes.
Please note that in cases where the courier has confirmed delivery, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement, but we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
